Export Policy

HGH Infrared Systems maintains the following export policy:

The IR Revolution 360 is currently subject to control pursuant to the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and classified on the Commerce Control List ("CCL").  As such, an export license or authorization from the U.S. Department of Commerce may be required prior to export to certain countries.  Products redesigned, developed, modified, configured, or adapted on behalf of the customer for a military application will be subject to control pursuant to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") 22 CFR Parts 120 through 130.  An export license or authorization from the U.S. Department of State will be required prior to export to any country, unless limited exceptions apply.

Transfer of this product, or technical data and/or information regarding this product, by any means to a foreign person or entity whether in the U.S. or abroad without appropriate export authorization to the extent required, is prohibited and may result in substantial penalties. HGH reserve the right to condition this sale upon the receipt of a certification from the customer of compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws, guidelines, policies, and regulations as well as certification concerning the ultimate end-use and end-user of the products (if known).  HGH will not be liable in the event that the exporter of record cannot obtain required export license(s) for any reason.
